BIT operates under the guidance of Grand Master Choi Jung Hwa, the president Orthodex Taekwon-Do” and the only heir to the legacy of our most respectful and beloved Founder of Taekwon-Do Grand Master Gen. Choi Hong Hi.

BIT- ITF is a leading Taekwon-Do group within the INDIA. Our clubs offer classes suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness. BIT-ITF students are world renowned, supported in their pursuit of excellence by club instructors, national coaches and the expert tutelage of Master Trevor Nicholls IX. As the ITF Member Organisation (MO) #677, BIT- ITF offers members ITF Degree certification, membership, International Instructor Certificates, International Umpire Certificates, Master Classes and Seminars, as well as national, continental and international competitions and events.
We are constantly working to ensure our members receive the best possible tuition from our Instructors, and remain dedicated to continual growth and support through learning and training together in the art of Taekwon-Do. BIT is conducting classes in schools, apartments, etc.
We welcome membership applications from individuals and groups wishing to follow the path of Grand Master Choi Jung Hwa IX Degree, son of the Founder.

Byrappa Institute of Taekwon-Do, which is representing the original Taekwon-Do in India/Bangalore and is affiliated to the International Taekwon-Do Federation, was found on the 1st of January 2022, in Bangalore, under the leadership of Mr. Byrappa .P with the generous support and kind collaboration of Mr, Rajesh E.V 5th Degree Black Belt, Ramachandran.M 5th Degree Black Belt and Manjula Y.E 3rd Degree Black Belt
BIT managed to get the affiliation of the International Taekwon-Do Federation (MO# 677), led by Grand Master Choi Jung Hwa in April of 2006, Click here to see BIT’s affiliation with ITF.
In a very short time BIT could dramatically spread country wide and open branches in different cities and provinces of the country. With the tireless efforts of its provincial representatives, now BIT is proud of running Taekwon-Do schools in different provinces of INDIA. It could be counted as a great achievement.
BIT is committed to the growth and development of Taekwon-Do, the real Korean Martial Art, in India. Its leadership and the Board of Directors would do their best to provide Taekwon-Do services to all india irrespective of gender, race, ethnicity, political interests, and religious believes, in a very professional and academic way.
